That will make 3.5months to go and 3months for Manny's preparation. Atleast Marques is worth it opponent compare to Pathetic Self-Proclaim Winner Tim Bradley, this time no Judges will dictate the result (Hope so) and let the greatest fighter prevail the match. 

Prior to this Rematch, the 3rd rematch has been a controversial with low and unsatisfying performance from Pacman though Marquez is also been criticized with his stepping on Manny's foot and some dirty tricks. Hope this will be a come-back fight from Manny like what he had against Hatton, fans are waiting with that kind of Manny's on the ring and hope this 4th will be the same slamming punches rematch.
